Summary of key findings for parents

This provision is outstanding

Staff are highly effective in planning and delivering stimulating experiences that help children to make rapid progress in key areas of learning. The opportunities indoors are slightly more inspiring than those outside as this area is currently being developed.

The children are actively encouraged to make their own decisions, lead their own play and voice their own opinions. This gives them ownership of their learning.

Children with a range of abilities and needs, including those with special educational needs and/or disabilities, receive superb support and, as a result, make excellent progress and enjoy their play.

The key-person role works exceptionally well to help children form secure relationships and to ensure that staff meet children's individual needs very successfully.

The manager provides excellent leadership. She supports the staff team very well to improve practice consistently to achieve very positive outcomes for all children.

Arrangements for safeguarding children are firmly in place. The implementation of the clear policies and procedures contributes to the high levels of safety and welfare of all children.

Staff develop excellent partnerships with parents and provide lots of valuable support and guidance to help them promote their children's learning at home.

Thorough analysis of children's assessment information means that any potential learning needs are recognised and met quickly.
